It is an Adipose. *points to icon* It is an alien that was featured in the first episode of series 4 of Doctor Who.

Evil Miss Foster was selling diet pills to the unsuspecting London populace; pills that actually worked. People ate them and would loose weight overnight without any need to diet or exersise.

The reason being, the pills galvinised some technobabble and created these cute little Adiposian babies directly from the fat of the people taking the pills. Unfortunately she felt it necessary to sometimes up the ante, resulting in not only the person's fat being converted, but their entire body, and the Doctor couldn't be having with that, now could he?

I could probably quote this ep. verbatium, as it is Charlie's favourite and we've watched it about 4 billion times.
